This is an exciting opportunity to provide life-changing support to a young lady who will be transitioning from hospital to her new forever home in Bromsgrove. It is important that you like animals as B loves her pets (a rabbit and a guinea pig) and will need some support to look after them. A good sense of humour is essential. B is really active and likes going to the gym, so needs staff who are active and energetic. B would love some staff who are good at cooking and able to share their skills. Being a talented singer, dancer or being able to play an instrument would also be a bonus.

You will have excellent observation skills and be responsive and sensitive to B’s emotions and subtle changes in B’s presentation.
