Enzo Design + Build is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our dynamic team, specializing in extensions and renovations of residential properties. With projects spanning Bristol and the surrounding areas, we offer an opportunity to be part of a growing company dedicated to quality and excellence in construction.

Key Requirements:

- Own Van: You must have your own van for transportation to various project sites.
- Own Tools: A full set of tools to carry out required tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure project accuracy and quality.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, designers, and our office team.
- Management Skills: Experience in managing other trades on site, ensuring smooth operations and timely project delivery.
- Material Procurement: Capable of procuring materials needed for projects, ensuring availability and budget alignment.
- Experience: Solid background in groundworks, building, and roofing. Competency in 1st fix carpentry is essential.
- Location: Our projects are located in Bristol and its surrounding areas, requiring travel to various sites.

Working Hours:
Standard site hours are from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. However, flexibility is required to accommodate the specific needs of each site and project timelines.
