Clayewater Homes Ltd have a 20+ unit development that requires a skilled finishing foreman to help deliver on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone on a 3 **month contract**, potentially longer, with other sites in the pipeline for the Bristol area.

You will be working on residential projects and must have knowledge in Electrics, plumbing, dry lining, tiling, decorations & external works.

In order to be considered, you must:

- Hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Excellent organisation and communication skills

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £200.00-£230.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
