We are looking for a Production Trainer to join our team based in Gloucester. The Production Trainer is responsible for inducting new starters and ensuring all production staff are working in line with relevant Company policies and procedures. The Production Trainer will play a key role in the continuous development of our staff and improving Company productivity standards.

**Responsibilities for the role are outlined below**:

- Complete induction training for new production employees
- Monitor on-going training of staff through auditing processes
- Maintain and process training records for employees accurately
- Delivering training to staff as required
- Ensure compliance with training documentation
- Working within production

**Required skills and attributes**:

- Previous experience of delivering training to groups and on an individual basis
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work
- Experience of producing SOP’s/risk assessments would be beneficial
- Positive and supportive approach to the delivery of training for staff

**Pay & Benefits**:

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm (39hours per week)
