**County Care Independent Living Ltd** offers a wide range of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities and autism. County Care was founded in 2010 and has since become a leading specialist support provider across Hampshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire; working closely with the local County Councils.

We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team and assist in the coordination of company recruitment and onboarding, organise staff training and assist with all HR operations.

**Job Summary**:
The HR & Recruitment Administrator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR team including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration and more.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the onboarding process by providing documentation to new hires about their job position and its expectations.
- Monitor HR Mailboxes, responding to enquiries and completing required documents
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls
- Maintaining spreadsheets and in house systems
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Head of HR

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Good presentation skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Own transport to commute to/from work location
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of urgency.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box to solve problems.

Hours - Full time 37.5 hrs per week

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (required)
