Are you passionate about helping women and children affected by domestic and sexual abuse? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor) to join a well established women's refuge organisation
**Job Title**: Senior IDVA
**Salary**: £24,200 - £26,000
**Working Hours**: Flexible, Monday to Friday between 9am-7pm
**Case Management**: Experience required
**Real Living Wage Employer**
**Safeguarding**: Understanding of child protection issues
**Collaboration**: Experience working with multi-agencies
**Expertise**: Knowledge of domestic and sexual abuse and its impact
**Legal Understanding**: Familiarity with the criminal justice system and victim support
