Food Beverage Assistant, Hotel Indigo, Durham

As Food Beverage Assistant, you will be key to delivering a friendly and efficient service; to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensure they have a great experience. Reporting to the Food Beverage Services Manager you will be smart, punctual, and attentive to our guests needs from the moment they arrive with us. All whilst bringing your own unique charm and personality.

**What is key.**:
**As Food Beverage Assistant, key to your role will be**:

- Flexibility, working across all key serving periods (Breakfast, Lunch Dinner) and throughout the hotel’s key dates across the year.
- Attention to detail by delivering an exceptional level of service through a relaxed and professional approach.
- Being part of an award-winning team, ensuring that standards remain high.
- Working with wider hotel teams to deliver the best service possible and impact the guest’s journey.
- Adhere to the company’s HS policies.
- Cleaning as you go, to ensure that we continue to work in a safe clean environment.
