**Job Summary**:
MAH Construction Group Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in London. As an integral part of our company, the Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and providing crucial administrative support to various departments within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation and Filing**: Maintain accurate and organized documentation systems, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments. Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as required.
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**: Monitor and replenish office supplies. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
- **Data Entry**: Input and update data in the company's databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Visitor Management**: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Expense Management**: Assist in processing and tracking expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- **HR Support**: Collaborate with the HR department to assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices is a plus.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in office administration or related field is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, regular office hours with occasional flexibility required.
