**Duties as a Sales Administrator**:

- Updating company databases
- Working closely with the Sales team
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Handling quotations
- Handling queries and dealing with both customers and clients
- Completing reports
- Passing on relevant information to the team
- Dealing with and processing invoices
- General administrative support and relevant ad-hoc duties
