**Position - Lifetime Mortgage Adviser**

**The role**:
First Finance Group is seeking an experienced Lifetime Mortgage Adviser to join our team and help our clients make informed financial decisions in their later years. You will play a critical role in providing expert advice on lifetime mortgages and equity release solutions to our clients.

We see the role as a hybrid between providing advice on lifetime mortgages and also residential purchase and remortgage customers. We are open to both employed and self-employed options for this position.

**You will**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, current financial situations, and specific needs for releasing equity from their homes.
- Analyse clients' financial information and assess their eligibility for various lifetime mortgage products, ensuring compliance with FCA standards.
- Stay up-to-date on lifetime mortgage and equity release products and trends in the market, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on individual client circumstances, ensuring that clients fully understand the implications and risks associated with lifetime mortgages.
- Provide solid advice and recommendations for clients on standard purchase and remortgage cases
- Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and confidence in the FFG brand and our services.
- Stay informed about industry developments, legislation changes, and best practices, and participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain competency.
- Available to work evenings and weekends to offer customers appointments to suit their needs
- Be passionate about your work and have the strong desire to grow your customer base
