**Sales Operations Specialist**

We are actively looking to secure a Sales Operations Specialist to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

**Purpose**:
Our client is a major industry player with HMRC as their sub-client and execute work in cybersecurity, aerospace, defence, and software respectively. They are a massive supergiant in their industry and are well-recognised across the UK. Working exclusivelyon the HMRC portfolio, you will be entrusted on some interesting and rewarding projects and gain an opportunity to grow within a reputable organisation.
**Job responsibilities**:

- Be aligned to Client focus Group Relationship Managers and support the opportunity lifecycle in reviewing and influencing decision making.
- Work closely with Sales Operations Lead and the Finance team to ensure a smooth month-end close with all variances and trends explained.
- Provide an accurate and timely view of client demand to the Delivery Unit, Finance and Revenue groups, for monthly forecasting, budgeting, and Account Planning.
- Support the Sales Operations Lead and Head of Sales Operations to leverage the full benefit of the Salesforce tool and analysis of current pipeline.
- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders and their teams
- Ensuring we are Audit ready and compliant in all processes.
- Work closely with all areas of the unit to share knowledge, best practices, and facilitate standardisation across CAM & HMRC Market Unit.
- Maintenance and governance of HMRC MU pipeline within THOR (Salesforce CRM)
- Analysis and provide insight on sales pipeline, sales performance, and making operational recommendations based upon these insights to our senior stakeholders.
- Support the Sales Operations Lead and Head of Sales Operations to leverage the full benefit of the Salesforce tool and analysis of current pipeline.
- Ensure, as a member of Sales Operations, that you are continuously improving your skillset to add value to the team and CAM.

**Required skillset**:

- 1-3 years' experience in Sales Operations
- Experience using Salesforce
- Being able to provide analysis and insight on the sales pipeline, on sales performance, and to be able to make operational recommendations on these to senior stakeholders
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
