System Sales Specialist

to join our successful sales team.
As the System Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy for your geographical region.

About the Role

As our North Shore System Sales Specialist for the Scotland & Northeast England area, you will:
Build new end-user relationships whilst nurturing and growing your existing portfolio of clients.
Develop the new business pipeline sales strategy with support from the sales team.
Have the ability and skills required to actively find new business at end-user level, working independently.
Target markets such as Education, FM, Hospitality, Food, Office, Local Government, and Sports stadiums.
Proactively engage with existing distributors to evaluate ongoing needs and build long-lasting customer relationships.
Conduct gap analysis and proactively manage, maintain, and grow accounts.
Develop strong working relationships and an understanding with key decision-makers in our customers' businesses.
Deliver against the agreed budget, KPIs, and objectives.

Essential Skills

The requirements of a Systems Sales Specialist include
Essential
Proven experience in driving sales performance working at end-user level
Confident at cold calling and telesales
Personable and confident with excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with proven strategies to manage working independently and remotely from the main team
Experience working to KPIs, targets and deadlines
Analytical with good IT skills
Desirable
Knowledge of the paper industry is preferable
