We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, friendly and supportive Design Assistant to join our marketing team based in Rustington.

The role is as 12 month contract, with the potential to be made full time at the end of this.

The role will involve providing support to the marketing team with the conception and creation, and updating of all marketing publications, both digital and physical, for a number of different audiences. You will need to have experience in a range of design software, and be able to work to deadlines.

**Key responsibilities**
- Creating assets and supporting the design, production and distribution of marketing publications and materials (including brochures / flyers / websites / signage)
- Creating visual content for social media and other media outlets
- To help respond to marketing enquiries from the wider business
- Some experience, knowledge and interest in graphic design, either academic, job based or in your own time.
- Evidence of previous design based work you have produced
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of the Adobe Creative Suite (in particular InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Experience of producing print ready artwork
- Experience with designing on CanvA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
