Marketing Executive

**Overview**

Out of Bounds is an award-winning adventure activity centre and party venue in Angmering, West Sussex, seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our busy and energetic team.

You will have an excellent eye for detail, be methodical, organised and have good written English. Being enthusiastic and pro-active is essential as well as using your own initiative and managing your own time efficiently.

**Responsibilities**
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, using them to elevate our brand's online presence.
- Creating social media content across all channels and profiles with suitable andtimely content including images and video.
- Monitoring social media accounts and review sites (Trip Advisor, Google etc.), engaging with audiences, and responding to messages received.
- Scheduling and publishing social media content using platforms such as MetaBusiness Suite.
- Updating and maintaining the Out of Bounds website with latest content, offers, promotions and imagery.
- Design and produce printed marketing literature, promotional leaflets, and flyers.

**Requirements and Experience**
- Minimum 1 year experience in producing and managing social media campaigns.
- Excellent social media knowledge and experience with content creation.
- Strong attention to details to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- A positive and energetic attitude with a ‘can do and get stuck in’ approach.

Working alongside the Business Owner and the Business Operations Manager, this role will assist driving brand and marketing plans to support the sales growth of Out of Bounds.

Part-time contract.

Approximately 24 hours per week
