Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Brand Flagship Store by supporting the Flagship Stockroom Manager in all Stockroom Operational needs and delivering a Flagship Stockroom Model for our Consumers and Store Team:
- Collaborating, Creatively and Confidently to contribute to the day-to-day Brand Flagship Stockroom Operations by supporting with Logistics, Inventory Management (Write-offs including Promat, Faulty products, Staff Uniform. B2DC / STS Transfer out and Stock Hero customer request & Bi-weekly RFID Stocktake
- Executing Stockroom Operations with a particular focus on product and consumer service in line with the brand image
- Key Responsibilities:
- Is aware of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available inside and outside of the store
- Uses retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing
- Is a role model for stockroom operations ensuring all processes are adhered to whilst providing feedback on ideas and suggestions on driving productivity to line manager and store team
- Support and coordinates the write-off process including Faulty products, Staff uniform, Promat sales
- Supports and coordinates the receiving process for delivery, completing deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures
- Works with the team to accurately execute the stock movement in and out of store via IC processes or Omnichannel within a timely manner
- Maintaining the stockroom standards by making sure the bin locations are up to date to drive customer experience and easy access to the products in the stockroom
- Works as one with the line manager to manage the required resources and consumables to create an effective environment, highlighting issues to the line manager where required
- Supports the execution and coordination for Inventory accuracy within the flagship environment executing Bi-weekly stock take and controlling adjustments in line with the line manager and store team
- Provides guidance and supports line manager in all stockroom health and safety topics, checks and complies with all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment
- Coordinates and plans the uniform execution in store
- Supports where required store omnichannel or logistics as ONE Team leading from the front and ensuring that the brand remains at the forefront of our consumer's mind.
- Suggests improvements on efficiencies and operating methods communicating suggestions to line manager and store management to drive commercial success
- Leads and develops part of the Stockroom Team, managing performance via the Company Performance system (#Mybest) with the support of the HR Manager and line manager where required
- Collaborates productively and respectfully with all team members acting as one Store Team to meet or exceed store goals
- Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive his/her development and increase performance

- Uses retail and commercial expertise to drive overall store sales by prioritizing the consumer and brand at all times.
- Requisite Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a sports/fashion customer
- and commercial-focused retail environment with stockroom knowledge experience, with a retail industry understanding
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills_ _
- Minimum 1-year experience in a Stockroom Leadership role
