We are delighted to be working in partnership with a long standing client located in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a vibrant and proactive individual who offers experience within the legal sector who is looking to take on additional responsibilities which will include supporting the Facilities Coordinator, mentoring an Office Junior whilst assisting the front of house team with all administrative tasks, including business projects.

We are looking for a strong administrator, receptionist or secretary who offers experience working within a busy firm and looking for a varied role whilst seeking development longer term.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Being a point of contact and mentor the office junior / receptionist
- Assist with front of house duties which will ensure the meeting rooms, equipment and refreshments are on hand for the wider business
- Support with any business events
- Assist with reception duties when required which includes being a point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues
- Manage all incoming switchboard enquiries, transferring of calls and taking messages
- Ensure reception area is clean and tidy at all times with up-to-date information on show
- Support with the management of meeting room bookings
- Ensure all meeting rooms are clean and tidy ahead of future meetings
- Administration duties which may include archiving documents, copying and scanning
- Support the dispatch department when required
- Open, sort and distribute of all post including internal mail
- Collection of post at set times during the day
- Making deliveries / collections
- Be a support to the facilities coordinator and facilities manager

**To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background**:

- **Previous experience working within the legal sector required**:

- **Strong administrative skills**:

- Comfortable assisting a wide variety of tasks
- Happy being supportive and a mentor to others
- Knowledge of assisting with facilities tasks
- Extremely professional and presentable at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think on your feet and use initiative
- Proactive and ensure tasks are completed before being asked
- Strong work ethic with high standards at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle a variety of tasks
- Strong IT Skills and ability to use different systems including MS Office, Intranet
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to be flexible and proactive
