**TITLE**:Receptionist

**BASED**:Retreat East, Hemingstone, Suffolk

**RETREAT EAST**:
Retreat East is a luxury retreat and boutique hotel, comprising of individual barns for guest accommodation, restaurant, spa and events. The site has been open to the general public since 2018 and is continuously growing and developing.

**PURPOSE**:
We are seeking a friendly receptionist to join our growing team on either a part time or full time basis. As first point of contact for our guests you will be enthusitasic and have a passion for proving great customer service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver exceptional service to our guests at all times.
- Greet guests upon arrival, following check-in and check-out procedures.
- Process reservations, cancellations and modifications accurately.
- Handle any guest queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Use hotel reservation / PMS systems.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A passion for delivering high quality service
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evening and weekends.

Contract type: We are open to discussing part or full time hours. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Package: Salary will be plus a share of the monthly tip pool. Free on-site parking, discounted food and stays, access to the onsite gym.

**Salary**: £23,795.20 per year
