**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: Our work is client-focused, often with a strong commercial basis. We are a multi-disciplinary team with expertise in science, engineering, sustainability, and commercial. Consequently, we have the capability, expertise, and mindset to develop solutions applicable to a wide range of problems. We are looking to strengthen our Strategic Consultancy team with graduates to fulfill the following responsibilities: Source, review, collate and report information from a variety of sources Take ownership for project tasks with direction from the Project Manager Contribute enthusiastically and constructively to team, project and client meetings Actively promote and introduce new and better ways of working to stimulate innovation Develop novel bespoke solutions on a project-by-project basis Use computer software to analyse data and present findings PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BEng Civil Engineering, BSc Geography or BSc Transport Planning with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent) or above Masters or doctorate in a related field would be an advantage Relevant work experience would be an advantage Willing and able to work towards chartership with the relevant professional institution Good Microsoft Office skills essential such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Power BI Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external clients, both verbally & in writing with the confidence to engage with a variety of people (clients, colleagues, stakeholders and sub-contractors alike) and the aptitude to rationally explain, explore and discuss technical issues and capture feedback Enthusiastic, hard-working, with ambition, tenacity and drive Ability to structure & prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team Ability to work in a team and independently without losing initiative & focus.
