**Admin Assistant - Skincare & Beauty**
**6-month FTC - £28k (pro-rata)**

I have exclusively partnered with a global skincare and beauty brand who are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will act as the first point of contact for the HR Team, delivering all aspects of administration, with a focus on following the relevant procedures, creating and maintaining accurate and comprehensive employee records and documentation. The role will work to repeated tight deadlines and with a high level of attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:
- Preparation and distribution of offer letters and contracts as appropriate.
- Timely and accurate administration for all new starters including input, maintenance of HR Tracker, creating and maintaining electronic personnel folders and chasing any overdue information as appropriate.
- Assisting with response to HR and payroll queries and with the creation of appropriate HR guides and FAQs.
- Maintenance of the HR Systems in Resource Link.
- Obtaining and chasing relevant references for new starters as well as responding to requests for references including employment, bank and landlord references.
- Accurate processing of administration including maintenance of their in-house tracker, liaison with line managers and chasing any overdue information as appropriate.
- Accurate processing of administration for all Maternity/ Paternity requests including maintenance of the tracker, liaison with associate/ payroll team, and providing all relevant maternity/ paternity letters and information.
- Carrying out the necessary Right to Work checks and where appropriate, contacting line managers.
- Ensuring that all leaves administration is completed without delay including acknowledgement and communication as appropriate.
- Regular and timely scanning, input and electronic filing of general correspondence.
- Assisting with and coordinating the timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinating and supporting with the HO Inductions as appropriate.
- Additional administrative activities in connection with peak trading including Christmas.

You, ideally, will have strong proven administrative experience, preferable within a retail environment, with strong communication and time management skills. Previous HR experience not required. Systems savvy, with ideally intermediate skill in MS Office.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract, paying £28k (pro-rata) starting in September, working hybrid (Tues-Thur) in their central London office.
