**Job overview**:
**We have an exciting opportunity within Independent Living Services for a full time, Band 3 Administrator to join our dedicated admin team based at Burrows House.**

You will be supporting a team of professionals, clients and managers in enabling the provision of equipment for Salford Residents.

**Main duties of the job**:
To support Equipment Services with a comprehensive administrative support service and be part of a team that provides an efficient and responsive focal point for administrative, operational staff, clients and professionals who access this who access this service.

**Knowledge, Skills, Training, Experience**:
**Essential criteria**:

- NVQ level 2/3 in Customer Care or equivalent experience
- ECDL or RSA level 2/3
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills dealing with enquiries in person and by telephone.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, prioritizing and organizing your workload where appropriate
- To work flexibly as a member of a team and be willing to offer support to colleagues.
- To deal effectively with people at all levels from a broad range of organisations.
- Commitment to providing a high quality customer-focused service to disabled, vulnerable and elderly clients.
- Proven office experience.

- Willingness to work Saturdays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on a rota basis
