**Data Practice Lead / London / £60,000 - £70,000 / Hybrid (2 days per week in office)**

Yolk Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading digital agency for a Data Practice Lead.

You will be joining a dynamic organisation that combines the expertise of a digital transformation consultancy with the activation prowess of an agency. Our client empowers businesses to unleash the full potential of digital marketing, leveraging creativity, content, data, media, and technology to drive real change.

As the Data Practice Lead, you'll sit in the Data Strategy & Analytics team, part of an integral department focused on best-in-class Marketing Science. The role is client-facing so you'll spend some time identifying opportunities for growth as well as developing creative data strategies.

**Your day-to-day will also include**:

- Communicating data requirements and securing assets from clients
- Defining KPIs and measurement objectives
- Utilising Google Analytics to review and optimise the implementation of tracking code
- Improving data collection methods
- Enhancing existing methodologies and models and helping create new visualisations and reports
