Send Teaching Assistant

**SEND TA Role**:
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream Primary school setting, including Autism (ASC) ADHD, Global Development Delay and Complex Needs.
- Working collaboratively with teachers to create inclusive and engaging learning environments.
- Providing one-to-one assistance to students with SEN, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
- Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborating with SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) to develop tailored support plans.
**SEN TA Requirements**:
- Experience working with children with SEN, preferably within a school setting.
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach towards supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
