**THE ROLE**

Reporting into the Head of Logistics, the Logistics Administrator lead will be responsible for a small team, as well as being hands on in the day-to-day operations. Key duties include:

- Supervision and administration of all aspects of Packaged Transport, Third Party Warehousing and Returnable Packaging
- Acting as the lead contact for the logistics team
- Supervising the team, and delegating duties and tasks
- Developing and maintaining system alignment interfaces for 3rd party warehousing and returnable packaging
- Regular reporting on stock alignment, ensuring accuracy of stock at third party locations
- Creation and issue of KPI reports for stock alignment at 3PL locations, and returnable packaging balances
- Validating and approving Third Party invoices for Warehousing and Transport
- Conducting periodic service reviews, stocktakes and audit checks at Third Party locations as required (travel required)

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be an experienced administrator with an in-depth knowledge of logistics, supply chain and stock control, as well as:

- Experience in a similar role as a supervisor/team lead
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience of working with a supply chain/logistics role
- Good knowledge of and experience in stock control/inventory management
- Process driven
- Experienced in data analysis, reconciling and reporting
