Job Introduction

We are introducing a new role for a Customer Retention Specialist to join the team at our Contact Centre in Solihull.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, working 9:00am - 5.30pm with potential flexibility.

As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will make outbound calls to existing / previous customers promoting service plans and assisting to set up Audi connected apps.

Performance based OTE £25,000 - £28,000

Role and Responsibilities

Outbound aftersales calls

Assisting customers in setting up service plans.

Assisting customers in approving Audi connected apps.

Accurate data inputting of customer details

Identifying infrequent customers and promoting Listers services

Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Improve and drive lead conversions.

Contacting prospective customers and upselling products

Adhering to brand standards

About you

Automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. However, ideally you will have previous customer service or telesales experience.

Customer focussed with excellent communication & organisational skills

Self-motivated & target driven.

Able to work on your own or as part of a team.

Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service

Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner

Competent using Microsoft Office
