**Your challenge**
- After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, you will play a key role within the Customer Service Team in the UK providing first class support to our customers, and will be responsible for achieving business goals for processing orders, on time delivery and supporting the coordination of the Field Service engineer teams_

Your responsibilities at Videojet, include:

- _Scheduling and Coordination of Field Service Engineers_
- _Quoting via Telephone and Mail_
- _Invoice Queries & Credit Notes_
- _Contract Billing_
- _Sales Order Entry for Supplies/Parts and Accessories_
