Houseman / Secuirty Officer

We are recruiting for a family that requires a Houseman / Security Officer to join their team in Central London. The role is 2 weeks on/off covering the night shift from 19:00 to 07:00

Required:

- Close Protection License
- Level 3 Medical Qualification
- Clean Enhanced Criminal Records Check within 1 year
- UK Driving Licence
- Minimum 2yrs Experience of Working with UHNW Family’s
- Excellent Contactable References
- Be Fluent in English Language
- Have Strong IT/computer Skills
- Clean Driving License

Desirable:

- Military Service
- Houseman Experience
- Previous Work Experience with families with Children

We are looking for a switched-on, roll the sleeves up type team player who can use their initiative to take on a hybrid role of Residential Security come Houseman.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Integrity of the residence and safety and security of the family
- Maintaining a physical security presence through regular patrols of the residence
- Additional patrols of the residence to ensure all windows and doors are locked, service support functions I.e., boiler, plant, HVAC, and other vital services are checked and functioning
- Monitoring CCTV and Alarm systems whilst being prepared respond to potential incidents or threats
- Provide support to the house team for maintenance, odd jobs, and Houseman work E.g., changing lightbulbs, fixing fixtures and fittings
- Support wider duties as instructed to by the Head of Security

Rota: 2 weeks on/off

Hours: 7pm - 7am

**Salary**: £45k - £50k GPA DOE (on successful trial and perform well)

Start date: ASAP

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
