We are seeking two clinical coding professionals to join our elite team of clinical coding specialists at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

**We're looking for someone who**:
has significant experience working as a clinical coder in an acute NHS Trust with in-depth knowledge in coding a wide range of specialties.

has experience producing high quality work consistently achieving personal and departmental objectives.

has the ability to work accurately and productively under pressure to meet deadlines.

possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.

enjoys working independently but thrives in a collaborative environment.

has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

There has never been a more exciting time to join West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Major redevelopment works are planned as part of the New Hospital Programme. These will be most dramatic at Watford General Hospital where up to 90% of buildings will be new.
