**Do you have what it takes to get an exciting project off the ground for a newly formed national organisation championing community led-change?**

Amazing Communities Together (ACT) is a legacy organisation born from the radical Big Local programme which is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, and managed by Local Trust to fund 150 areas across the UK to embark upon resident-led change.

The ACT group, which is in transition from a network of willing and enthusiastic Big Local representatives to a registered CIO, has a vision to support a network of resident-led community groups through collaboration, networking, learning, advice and support, to contribute to a vision of the future with:
- Better connected regions with an increased sense of community- Reduced inequalities to create a level playing field for all- More funding and investment in communities

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Co-ordinator to work alongside active board members to manage stakeholder relationships and establish meaningful connections with members of diverse communities. The unique group covers inner cities, urban, rural and coastal communities. This role would suit an individual who likes to get 'stuck in' and with an 'all hands on deck' mentality when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Nurture and grow a solid and cohesive national membership network, listening to the needs of each area and considering how these should be responded to by ACT.- Assist in developing the ACT Board's understanding of the support needs, barriers and aspirations of our membership communities in coastal, rural and urban areas.- Scope and develop a programme of networking, consultation, training and engagement activities exclusively for members that overcome barriers and support sustainability.- Launch online initiatives to create cohesion, encourage collaboration and develop members' professional skills, including a networking platform and monthly bitesize training.- Support the development of ACT's fundraising strategy and delivery plans, collaborating with all key stakeholders and Local Trust.- Effectively manage and execute projects in diverse settings, including inner cities, urban environments, rural regions, and coastal communities, ensuring tailored and impactful outcomes.- Have experience working in a community organisation in a Programme or Project Manager capacity.- Have experience working on the entire project lifecycle from initial ideas to execution- Proven experience working and overseeing events.- Capability to see and understand the difference between inner cities, urban, rural or coastal communities.- Be confident networking with various stakeholders, funders and individuals across diverse communities.- Show outstanding verbal, written and data analysis/presentation skills- Be self-motivated and ambitious with the ability to use initiative and work within a team

This is a home-based role with UK-wide travel.
