**Summary of Role**

To engage with _both_ referral agencies; to source participants for Workpays programmes, and employers; to source vacancies and placements. You will be responsible for matching placements and vacancies with participants. You will also support a caseload of participants from induction through to sustained progression.

**Role and Responsibilities**

1. Source eligible referrals and starts on to programmes.

2. Source placement opportunities and vacancies, in line with the contracts.

3. Source work placements for participants in line with their individual action
plan.

4. Source progressions for participants in line with their individual action plan.

5. Work co-operatively with team colleagues to ensure appropriate case
management.

6. Complete all data collection necessary and ensure the IT system relevant
to the contract is managed and updated in ‘real time’.

7. Network and engage in outreach activities to promote the provision.

8. Provide 1:1, group work guidance and support to participants.

9. At all times operating within the requirements of the data management
and security policies and procedures.

10. Maintain management information and administration records on
employers and participants.

11. Manage a caseload of participants, which includes recording information
on progress and monitoring outcomes to ensure progression.

12. Work collaboratively with employer and delivery staff, to develop the
provision and support participants to achieve their agreed goals.

13. Share expertise and skills with other Workpays delivery staff to enhance
delivery and develop programmes.

14. Undertake training and development, as agreed with the line manager.

15. Play an active role in developing a positive image of Workpays and
representing Workpays as required at meetings.

You need to be able to work towards targets, demonstrate good inter-personal skills and adhere to the performance, quality and data security requirements. Working as part of a team you will be instrumental in building rapport with stakeholders and participants and are required to have the confidence to use your initiative in order to ensure the best possible journey for all.
