The heart of a Casino is the live gaming tables where our customers play Roulette, Blackjack or one of many other Casino games. It’s where the action is, and the Dealer is at the centre of it, taking the bets, spinning the ball, or dealing the cards. Joining as a trainee dealer opens up an exciting career in the Casino industry with roles such as Senior Dealer, Inspector and Gaming Supervisor all part of a progression route with the chance to step into a management role. The Casino industry is different,there’s nothing really like it, and its one that many of our team love to work in. It really is a million miles from a boring 9-5. Dealing is a licensed, responsible position and the job comes with many great benefits including tips.

**Qualifications**
- A fantastic personality
- Numerical ability; able to calculate mentally and very quickly. We will help you practice.
- Any gaming or customer facing experience would be a bonus
- Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.

**Additional Information**

We have numerous spaces available in our training academy. We are offering you the chance to be trained as a croupier over a 4 weeks period. Training is paid and on successful completion of the training academy, a permanent contract will be offered to successfulapplicants. Please be aware that we operate 24 hours a day so late shifts and weekend work will be required. No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
