**Pay and Benefits**:

- A starting salary of **£25,970** along with an annual company bonus scheme
- The working pattern for this role is Monday to Saturday with a day off on either Tuesday or Thursday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Through great **questioning, listening** and **conversational** **skills** you will assess the customers **affordability** along with their **stability** and **intent**, to make a lending decision
- You will take ownership and be expected to** efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls** for our customers, dealers and internal staff members
