**Waking Night Support Worker (Supported Living) at Edgware Site**
We are now recruiting for Waking Night Support Workers at our growing service in Edgware which is a 24 hour supported living service.

The service now has a need for waking night shifts and we are looking to recruit to these new posts - you will work on a fortnightly rota which will equate to 80 hours over the 2 week period.
**What will you be doing?**
As a Support Worker your responsibilities will vary and no 2 shifts will be the same. Waking night Support Workers are required to remain awake throughout their shift during the night to support clients or attend incidents if they should arise. Some of the tasks you will be expected to undertake during your shift are:
Cleaning of the communal area, including the bathrooms and kitchens.
Cleaning the fridges/freezers.
Completing hourly observations.
Printing documentation needed for the next day.
Uploading Support notes onto the care system.
Preparing clients breakfasts.
Prompting clients to wake up for their medication.
Preparing arts and crafts or activities for the clients.
**About you**
- You will have knowledge of legislation and guidance relating to adults with learning disabilities, CQC regulations and Health and Safety issues.
- You need good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be a success in this role.
- You need to hold minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care
**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
