We are looking for a Companion Worker to join our team in Edgware. The ideal candidate will have a good background in support work and be willing to engage and make a positive difference in the individual's life. You will be responsible for providing support with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
The role involves developing effective ways to communicate needs and understanding relationships. You will also be responsible for increasing the individual's independent living skills, which includes budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. The shifts patterns are varied, including sleep-ins and waking nights, with 37.5 hours per week.
