Complaints Handler - fully remote role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our well know, well respected client based in Gosforth, Newcastle.

Want variety? They've got it. They are a fast-paced department where every day is different. You'll get to liaise with colleagues around the business and you'll have the autonomy to make your own decisions. Sometimes this could be as simple as sending a customer a heartfelt apology, other times you may need to really think outside of the box to make things right.

- Strong negotiating skills
- General ability to impress with your professional manner and actions
- Analytical and letter writing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Performance driven with the ability to work to and achieve stretching targets

We would love you to have

Experience in working within a complaint handling environment with knowledge of general banking products, credit cards, savings or mortgages is required with the ability to assess complex information and to be insatiably curious asking questions to deliver the best solution.

Nice to have but not essential
- FPC & CeMAP qualifications or equivalent
- Pay rate - 18.68 per hour
- A 35-hour working week
- Working hours: Monday
- Friday 9am-5pm
