County Washrooms now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support team member with excellent construction, project admin, office management, procurement, fleet, HR other construction related admin skills to join the team
The position is to work with the Operations / Contracts Manager to coordinate between him, the project administrator, site operatives and outsourced suppliers. Also to cover our bookkeeper / administrator who is on maternity leave.
You will be involved in facilitating that all systems and processes are followed, look after the staff / operatives on site, ensure materials and resources are ordered, accounts maintained in XERO and other construction admin jobs. The role is wide ranging and would suit someone looking to gain more experience in a wider range of skills
Must be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, being able to talk at all levels, a self-starter and have experience of administration, ideally within a building/construction company, have excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of building products and the industry
**Finance**
To cover a team member who is on maternity leave to oversee the bookkeeping duties performed temporarily by an outsourced company.
