HR Advisor

Our client are a leading privately-owned beverage processor with multiple sites across the UK.

They are seeking a HR advisor to work closely with the Group HR Manager and with senior management to oversee the delivery of the UK HR advisor for the head office and regional manufacturing / distribution sites.

The role will be based at the company's head office in West London and will require 4 days on average on-site presence. The role will offer scope to work remotely at least 4 days per month.

**Role Purpose**

To support in the delivery of HR generalist duties for the company, which will involve working closely with stakeholders at head office and supporting in the provision of HR to regional site managers / supervisors.

**Core duties**
- Support the Group HR Manager (HRM) with Head office matters
- Deliver HR generalist advice to a dedicated client group (depot remit to be discussed)
- Coaching and supporting line managers with various employee relations matters
- Recruitment coordination for skilled / management roles
- Lead on staff welfare meetings, coordination Medical assessments
- Support on background HR investigations for disciplinaries / grievances
- Provide support to HRM periodic tasks (audits, claims, gender pay gap analysis)
- Cover HR Manager
- Experience dealing with a busy / complex employee relations workload
- Experience in a manufacturing / distribution environment is a bonus but not essential
- Able to support in the review and updating or HR policies / procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good employment law knowledge
