As the Production Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of your area. This includes maintaining high-quality production, adhering to H&S regulations and food safety & hygiene standards.

You’ll also play a crucial role in the training and development of your team, striving for daily production targets and driving improvements.
