SW Locums are looking for a Special Educational Need and Disability Transformation Lead in Bromley.

All applicants must have UK experience in a SEND setting for a minimum of 3 years, hold a current enhanced DBS and hold right to work in the UK.

**Role Purpose**:
Reporting to the Director of Education this role will be responsible for the delivery of a programme of transformation projects to support the council’s ambition to transform the SEND system in Bromley alongside key partners.

The post holder will lead the design and delivery of change required within specific workstreams of the SEND Strategic Vision and Priorities, through a combination of service delivery transformation, co-ordination of commissioning projects, and the facilitation of cross-system change.
