To design and detail improvement, conversion and new build schemes and manage their implementation and analysis, across RIBA work stages 0-7, inclusive. (RIBA Plan of Work 2020.) Individual project roles will be defined within the relevant professional services appointment and/or building contract.

**Essential Criteria**
- Designing in authoring packages; Revit, InDesign, Sketchup and any other software.
- Understanding of the design and construction process
- Designing in accordance with UK & Welsh Building Regulations
- Understand the Lead Designer duties under CDM Regulations.
- Must have experience of UK residential projects
- Understanding of architectural building systems and components
- Skilled in analytical thinking, modelling and rendering to support the design process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and interact effectively with others in the workplace
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented, methodical, meticulous, process-oriented, yet open to change and motivated by innovation
- Great collaborator and communicator - excellent verbal, written and listening skills are important
- Graphic communication skills to support a variety of presentation media: presentation drawings, marketing materials, feasibility studies, etc. Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign skills

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
