Responsible for providing essential technology to 10,000 healthcare organisations across all major UK health sectors, we are looking for a **Procurement Administrator** to manage the full end-to-end process for a wide range of order types.
As a Procurement Administrator, you will work with the wider business to fulfil order requests for both our external customers and internal teams. Collaboration is key at EMIS, as a Procurement Administrator you will work proactively with our suppliers to process orders for hardware, software, and services. You will enjoy a varied working environment where you will gain full exposure to the procurement life cycle.

- This Procurement Administrator job is split between home working and working in the Leeds offices at least once a week as the role requires_
**What you’ll do**
As a Procurement Administrator, your key duties will include:
- Sourcing products and negotiating pricing with suppliers for order requests
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Assisting in on-boarding suppliers
- Proactively manage internal systems and inbox
- Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries raised
**Who you’ll be**

- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience in a procurement or order processing position
- Confidence working in a fast pace and deadline driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate internal systems
