**Graduate Consultant**

A graduate consultant opportunity in the heart of London for recruitment and search business working across financial disciplines including accountancy and finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Across all six teams within the company, knowledge,flexibility, access, standards, continuity, and trust are put at the heart of the business to get ahead of the competition and secure the very best talent for their clients. As a graduate consultant at this business, you will be bringing top talent to thetop clients, and while building your network, be able to earn roughly a third of what you bill.

**What does the company offer?**
- Basic salary of £25k OTE £30k in the first year. (Highest biller in the company earns between £700k-£1mil)
- Over 30 years experience in the industry
- Work with household name clients such as Investec, Google, and BT
- London headquarters with additional offices across continental Europe

- Inclusion in all stages of the recruitment process (Unusual for entry-level in the industry)
- Expansion of responsibilities at your own pace

**What does the ideal Graduate Consultant look like?**
- Minimum 2:1 degree
- Recent graduate or someone recently out of university
- **Organised-** Be able to prioritise and multitask multiple assignments you may have on at any one time
- **Resilient-** A role as a graduate consultant is based around people. Given the unpredictability of people, hard work can often lead to no results if processes fall through. Therefore, you must be able to remain calm under pressure and copewith such scenarios in a productive and professional manner

**Your day to day work**
- Day starts with a morning review and checking of live jobs
- Begin the search for a client and begin shortlisting
