**Job Description** Opportunity**:
As part of ServiceNow's rapidly growing initiatives, we are expanding our NextGen team. NextGen has a unique focus on creating alternative and accelerated pathways into digital jobs and employment in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Since its inception in 2019, NextGen has worked with nonprofits, universities, and workforce development organizations to create programs and connections that reach communities outside the traditional talent pipelines. This includes innovative programs such as the Northeastern degree apprenticeship program, job reskilling or upskilling programs for veterans, those returning to work, those transitioning into new jobs, and communities that have had limited access to employment. We measure our success through the number of program participants who are sustainably employed within one year of program completion.

**Role**

The ServiceNow NextGen team is looking for a Project Coordinator to join us. In this role, you will support key components of NextGen Global Government Programs in EMEA. As a Project Coordinator, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support coordination of NextGen programming. You will report directly to the Director of Government Programs.

**What you get to do in this role**:

- Support growth and provide administrative support to Program Managers
- Support in building relationships with Northeastern University, governments and universities across EMEA
- Oversee the day to day coordination of Skills Bootcamps in UK and degree apprenticeship
- Execute on and identify areas for improvement of established processes
- Maintain accuracy of records and data for reporting
- Ensure all course and program materials are ordered and delivered on schedule
- Capture post program survey results and employment data
- Support planning and execution of events
- info sessions, hiring events, networking events, soft skills sessions
- Align with internal stakeholders to ensure employers are engaged

**Qualifications** In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has**:

- Proven experience as a program/project coordinator or similar role
- Strong team player with the ability to foster positive and productive relationships
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high capacity work environment
- Ability to foresee and anticipate program needs
- Demonstrated experience managing multiples sources of data
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to proceed independently and carry out assignments to completion with mínimal instruction
