Groundwork London are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee our Integration programme.

**Integration Programme Manager (Refugees and Migrants)**
**Ref**: 1063/IPM
**Location**: Groundwork London Offices - Waterloo & Angel
**Contract**: Fixed Term Contract until end December 2023
**Salary**: £35k - £38k
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

Groundwork deliver a series of innovative integration projects focused on supporting migrants and refugees to integrate into life in the UK, through a programme of holistic activities focusing on Employment advice, English and community activities.

The Integration Programme Manager will have overarching responsibility for the management of integration projects at Groundwork. The post will be responsible for ensuring high quality project delivery across the projects. With a focus on effective operationsincluding resourcing, budget planning, monitoring and reporting, the post holder will also line manage and matrix manage the Delivery/Project Managers and support them to effectively carry out their individual and team responsibilities. You will have the opportunityto strategically steer and witness the first hand benefits of the services to the refugees we work with.
