**Role responsibilities**
- Develop and embed an early talent strategy by researching best practice, working with internal stakeholders and the wider team to provide TfW which an effective approach to resourcing and developing early talent.
- Oversee the delivery of TfW's early talent provision by governing the recruitment process, attraction and routes of progression to ensure TfW attracts and retains the best and most diverse early talent
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Recruitment and Talent Partner in the succession planning of early talent, by identifying clear routes of progression to ensure TfW provides clarity to its early talent employees and to effectively plan future resource.
- Oversee TfW's early talent attraction delivery, by developing relationships with institutions regarding the promotion of TfW's early talent vacancies and organising TfW's attendance to promote our opportunities, to reach as wide and diverse audience as possible.

**Who we’re looking for**
- HR Professional who has experience of planning, developing and implementing early talent programmes.
- Experience working on initiatives involving Graduates and Apprentices.
- Experience of developing successful attraction campaigns and working with delivery partners on the design and implementation.
- Able to lead the delivery of Early Talent initiatives in alignment with the HR strategic plan.
