Are you a highly organised and proactive individual seeking an opportunity with a company poised for growth? We're in working with a client to recruit a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support to the Group Managing Director. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimising efficiency and productivity, contributing significantly to their dynamic team as we continue to expand.
If you have a keen eye for detail, excel in fast-paced environments, and can effectively manage multiple deadlines, then this position could be an ideal fit for you. Adaptability and a proactive approach are essential qualities, as well as maintaining a professional and dependable demeanor.

Manage the Group Managing Director's calendar, ensuring effective time management.
Organise complex travel itineraries, optimising cost-effectiveness.
Refine documents, presentations, and reports.
Organise meeting materials and ensure thorough briefing and preparation.
Capture meeting actions and follow up as needed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Prioritise tasks for smooth daily operations.
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Manage office administration and service providers.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum two years' experience supporting at Director level.
High standards of numeracy and literacy, ideally with relevant qualifications.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in report and presentation creation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
