The **Door Supervisor** is a SAFECROWDS ambassador who is often the first point of contact between the client site and their customers. They are experts in customer service and safety who demonstrate high levels of integrity in all areas of their work. They will actively promote a culture of togetherness and encourage their peers to be the best version of themselves.

**RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and venue-specific policies.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.
- Conduct efficient and thorough ID checks to verify the identity and legal age of customers.
- Accurately log attendance numbers to ensure effective capacity management.
- Carry out thorough searches in accordance with SIA regulations.
- Control entry and exit points to prevent overcrowding.
- Manage any conflict or disturbances diplomatically and use de-escalation techniques to prevent situations from escalating.
- Maintain constant vigilance to identify potential threats, unauthorised entry, or suspicious behaviour, and take the necessary actions to address them.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the client and other security team to ensure a safe environment.
- Prevent and manage conflicts or disturbances effectively, ensuring a calm and safe atmosphere.
- Report incidents and write detailed incident reports as required.

**BEHAVIOURS**
- You are able to work independently or as a team, coordinating with other security staff and venue management.
- You are able to remain calm and adapt when working in high-pressure situations.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, and you conduct yourself professionally at all times.
- You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other security staff, clients and their customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
