- Process customer bookings accurately and efficiently on the booking platform
- Process fine payments and transfers
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

- Work well under pressure
- Be a team player
- Time management
- Allocate workload effectively due to priority tasks

**Experience**
- Administration experience essential
- Previous experience in car hire an advantage
- Full training provided

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
