**Identify and recruit the best potential players across all academy phases**

You will be responsible for coordinating a team of Academy Scouting Representatives in the London area ensuring they are attending football matches in your dedicated region, scouting for talented players to join our elite Category 1 Academy. You are accountable for ensuring a comprehensive coverage across all Professional Academies, Grassroot Clubs, Private Academies, and non-league.

Off the pitch, the Club is building a platform for long-term success enabling us to retain the privilege of competing at the highest level. The post holder will work hard to create and maintain a strong scouting network in the London area, whilst communicating effectively with your internal stakeholders from Scouts to Senior Academy Recruitment Staff.

This is a great flexible and part-time opportunity watching matches in the evenings and weekends.

**Your scouting bio**

You will have a strong network in the London area and be able to build further on this by creating new relationships. It essential that you have a clear understanding of the Academy system and the professional football environment. You will have FA Talent ID Level 2 Award. You will have proven understanding and knowledge of the rules and regulations governing players and recruitment along with a familiarity with the mechanics of youth football recruitment.
