**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Leadership**:

- Provide expert technical consultation for offshore renewables, subsea cable, and oil & gas projects.
- Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of technical solutions solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance.
- Manage project risks, changes, and stakeholder communications.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Innovation and Development**:

- Drive innovation in engineering practices and solutions within the company.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards of engineering output.
- Conduct technical reviews, audits, and inspections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the offshore renewables, subsea cable, or oil & gas industry.
- Proven track record in project management and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IMCA, ICPC, DNV, BV, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in engineering / GIS software and tools relevant to the industry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with offshore wind farm development and subsea cable installation.
- Familiarity with marine operations and subsea engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and sustainability practices.
- Excellent GIS skills and any other maritime data visualisation software.
- Knowledge of common subsea survey techniques and equipment used.
- Strong data management skills and knowledge
- Understanding of Subsea Cable Burial Risk Assessment. Carbon Trust and DNV.

Pay: £45,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
