**ABOUT US**:
We are a premier Xbox Game Studio, crafting genre-defining games that delight players with their accessibility, visual allure, and pure fun. Our diverse and passionate team is currently working on the exciting reboot of the much-adored Fable franchise.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Cinematic Lighting Artist, your eye for lighting and composition will be instrumental in creating an immersive world for Fable.
By seamlessly integrating dynamic environments, character lighting, and atmospheric elements, you'll maintain the visual quality of the game and amplify storytelling.
This role is based in our state-of-the-art studio in Leamington Spa, with a hybrid work model in place. We offer relocation assistance if needed.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Craft and uphold all aspects of cinematic lighting, including dynamic and animated environments and character lighting.
- Ensure all lighting deliverables align with the production schedule.
- Strike a balance between visual quality and real-time game performance.
- Adhere to and enhance the defined visual style of the game.
- Develop guidelines and techniques for cinematic lighting.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:
- Production experience in AAA games, film, or TV.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality cinematic lighting work.
- Proficiency in composition, colour, and lighting principles.
- Familiarity with real-time lighting constraints and best practices.
- Experience with 3DS Max, Photoshop, After Effects, and other 3rd party software for lighting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, address challenges proactively, and a drive for continuous learning and professional development.
